Class OBJECTIVE
As a Physical Educator at Whitefield Academy, I will teach my students with a Biblical World view. I commit to pushing them to a higher level of learning, which will incorporate the mind, body and Spirit. My students will learn to set goals high and know that with JESUS CHRIST, ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE. Ultimately they will be able to integrate PE lessons into a lifelong, healthy lifestyle with JESUS CHRIST at the center of all things they desire.

DID YOU KNOW?
Current technology reveals stretching before running decreases performance as much as 40% (WOW!)-- Contrary to what athletes have always believed. In fact, stretching first is like flipping off a light switch--turning OFF the muscles. However, to reduce injury, it IS VERY IMPORTANT to warm up muscles prior to strenuous physical activity.
